DELIVERY: Delivery, pickup and fuel charges extra.

OVERTIME: Overtime charged for use in excess of hours shown.

MAINTENANCE: Rates include maintenance, except for daily operator inspection and excluding damage caused by misuse or abuse.

INSURANCE: Customer must carry general liability and property insurance on all rented equipment.

NOTE: All rentals include 8 hours use per day, 40 hours use per week and 160 hours of use per month. Month=4 weeks. Overtime will be invoiced for use over allowed amount. Customer responsible for service, abuse, neglect and tire damage not considered normal wear. Pick up and delivery not included in rates. All units subject to availability.
